At Easy Breezy HVAC, we are committed to providing high-quality heating and cooling equipment and professional installation services across Canada.

Installed Equipment & Services

All installed HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, tankless water heaters, and hot water tanks, is considered final sale once installed.

Installation labor and service fees are non-refundable.

Uninstalled Products

Unopened, unused, and uninstalled products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Items must:

• Be in original packaging

• Be in resalable condition

• Not be special-order or custom equipment

Return shipping costs may apply.

Defective Products

If a product is defective, it is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers must contact us to initiate a warranty claim. Warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer.

Special Order Equipment

Special order, custom, or made-to-order equipment is non-refundable.
